In Haiti, HHF is working on re-building children's lives through our "Sustainable Schools" program where we rebuild schools, provide opportunities through computer labs and establish a business which sustains the school.  Our goal is to create independence and empowerment.

In addition to the "Sustainable Schools" program model we are working on "Sustainable Learning".  By providing strong educational bonds and long lasting relationships between rebuilt schools that were affected by the earthquake and US / International schools that make a multi-year commitment to supporting and sharing resources we will position the children for recovery, ensure they will thrive and that their voices will not be forgotten!
